Under 18? A parent or legal guardian must contact us at info@zoryamodels.com before any submission is sent. We will not accept submissions from applicants under 18 without this.

1. Purpose

This policy explains how Zorya Models collects, stores, processes and protects personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Zorya Models is a model scouting and mother agency based in London.

2. Data collected

The following personal data may be collected:

Full name, age and contact details
Photos, measurements and personal descriptions
Social media handles (with consent)
Any additional information voluntarily provided by applicants

No unnecessary or excessive data is collected.

3. Data use

Personal data is collected and processed solely for legitimate scouting and representation purposes, including:

Assessing suitability for modelling opportunities
Submitting talent to modelling agencies or industry professionals
Communicating with applicants and enquirers about submissions, opportunities or messages sent to us

4. Consent

Applicants must provide explicit consent for their personal data to be collected and used. If an applicant is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must contact Zorya Models before any submission is sent, and their consent is required before any personal data is used.

Consent may be withdrawn at any time by written request. Upon withdrawal, all data will be removed unless retention is required by law.

5. Data storage & security

All digital data is stored on secure, password-protected devices and platforms
Access is restricted to authorised Zorya Models staff
Any physical records (if applicable) are stored in locked, secure environments

Reasonable technical and organisational measures are taken to prevent unauthorised access, loss or misuse.

6. Data sharing

Personal data will only be shared with:

Verified modelling agencies
Legitimate industry professionals

This is done solely for scouting and introductory purposes, and only with the applicant’s consent. Zorya Models does not share data with unrelated third parties.

Messages sent through the contact form on this website are delivered to us by our form provider, Web3Forms, which processes them only to pass them on to our inbox.

7. Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

Access your personal data
Request correction or updates
Request deletion of your data
Withdraw consent at any time

Requests will be handled promptly and within legal timeframes. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

8. Data retention

Personal data will be retained for a maximum of two (2) years, unless:

Ongoing submissions are agreed
Retention is required for contractual or legal purposes

After this period, data will be securely deleted.

9. Submissions

Sending a submission does not guarantee representation or work. We review every submission but may not be able to reply to each one individually.
